When You’re Not Ready for Full Programming Yet
After injury, surgery, burnout, an intense prep program, or extended time away, jumping back into full training often leads to setbacks.

Too much intensity.
Too much volume.
Too little structure.

Return to Training bridges the gap between rehabilitation and
full occupational performance.

Program Focus
• Gradual workload reintroduction
• Movement quality and control
• Strength rebuilding
• Joint resilience
• Controlled conditioning exposure
The goal is intelligent progression — not exhaustion.
