Operational Performance LLC provides access to digital training programs and coaching services that begin immediately upon enrollment. Due to the nature of digital delivery and customized programming, all sales are final once access is granted.

 

Refunds are not provided for partial program completion, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in employment status, or failure to follow programming. Monthly coaching services may be canceled with proper notice prior to the next billing cycle, as outlined at checkout. Participation does not guarantee specific outcomes.
